We accept returns via mail or in store. Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made with 14 days of purchase and meet the following requirements;
- All sale items are final sale.
- Merchandise, including beauty must be returned within 14 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, opened, used, altered or washed
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and returned in its original packaging.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition and be unworn.
Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

This purchase was a gift to my niece.
She saw this dress while shopping in the Williamsville store. She loved the dress but her size and the color were not available in store. The sales associate was kind enough to call the Victor store to see if it was available which it was not.
I checked Brand Bar’s website daily to see if it became available on line. Early one morning it appeared! I quickly ordered the dress and had it shipped to my niece in Tampa.
The dress is quality made and the fit is perfect. She wore the dress for a special occasion dinner. She received numerous compliments.
It is a dress that will be worn time & again.
