At Brand Bar, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on fulfillment locations, shipping options, costs, and timelines.

Fulfillment Locations

Orders are processed and shipped from our two locations:

  • 8420 Transit Rd, Williamsville, NY 14221

  • 240 High Street Extension, Victor, NY 14564

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled on the following Monday.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to limited stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and issue a refund for that item.

Shipping Zones

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once packages are shipped and picked up by the carrier, Brand Bar is not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
