Return Policy
All 40-60% sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refund. Any items discounted are only available for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE. All jewelry, beauty products, bodysuits & sunglasses are exchange or store credit only. All returns are at the managers discretion.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of your order being delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. Items must be in perfect condition with tag attached to be accepted for return. No makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, smell or stains of any kind. Returns can be made in store or by mail.
How to Start a Return (Self-Serve Returns on Shopify)
Brand Bar uses Shopify’s self-serve returns feature for a fast and simple return process. Here’s how you can initiate a return:
- Log into your account on the Brand Bar website.
- Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
- Click the “Request Return” button next to the item(s) you want to return.
- Follow the prompts to submit your return request.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Return Shipping Fee
A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation via email or text when your refund has been issued.

The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
