We accept returns via mail or in store. Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made with 14 days of purchase and meet the following requirements;

- Merchandise must have all tags attached and returned in its original packaging.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition and be unworn.

You were sold out of the scarf I had initially put in my cart which was mostly cotton. I hesitated to purchase this one because I was concerned that it would be too heavy and somewhat itchy due to the wool content. I live in Florida so this was super important to me. I just got it today and it is amazing! So soft and silky! I will be using this for many years to come. It is absolutely stunning.
